Job Description
Job Title: CSV Automation Lead
Generate and/or support on the generation of lifecycle documentation, including but not limited to system/risk assessments, URS, specifications, etc.
Generate Validation Plan, and Test Plan for the computerized systems.
Generate and route for approval the Test Scripts required for the computerized systems.
Execution and routing for post-approval of the Test Scripts required for the computerized systems.
Generate and route for approval of issues/discrepancies as a result of test scripts execution. Support engineering, automation, and system owners in the issues/discrepancies resolution, and corrective actions.
Update lifecycle documentation as needed per issues/discrepancies result.
Generate and route for approval the Test Summary Report and Final Validation reports as required.
Maintain training current on relevant SOPs.
Requirements
Must have 8 years of experience in a FDA regulated environment for Life Sciences
Be able to design and implement automation solutions for Allen Bradley and Siemens systems based on customer requirements.
Individual should have experience in developing PLC programs for both Allen Bradley and Siemens systems, including ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming
Be able to configure Allen Bradley and Siemens systems to meet specific application requirements.
Should have experience in testing and validating the performance of the configured systems
Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems using diagnostic tools and techniques
Be able to document all configurations and testing procedures in detail and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Be able to verify ladder logic and be able to troubleshoot issues with factorytalk
Must be knowledged and Experienced in the usage of Osi-Pi software.
Must be able to continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Allen Bradley and Siemens systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity
Must be able to work closely with other team members, including project managers, electrical engineers, and technicians, to ensure successful project delivery.
