Medical Center group composed of 8 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs, is located in Southern Ohio has an opening for a CRNA. No surgery center to cover. New grads are welcome!

Office hours: Monday Friday 7:00a - 3:30p (cases start at 7:30 a.m.), hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with Surgery add-on cases.
Call:
Weekday and weekend call is 1:9; averaging 3-4 calls a month including weekend.
Weekday call 7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m.
Weekend call Friday 7:00 a.m. Monday 7:00 a.m.
First call post day off
Case load depends on room:
General Anesthesia
Thoracic
Vascular
OB/maternity
ENT
Opthalmology
Ortho
Peds - mostly for ENT

Compensation & Benefits:

Overtime pay
Evening differential
Weekend differential
On-call premium pay
Sign on bonus
Vacation: 232 hours PTO
CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000
Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes under age 50 and
$27,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate
Health Insurance: provider pays small premium, deducted from paycheck
Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
Student Loan Reimbursement: repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)
Overtime Pay: (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
Evening Differential: Monday Thursday after 4:00 p.m.
Weekend Differential: Friday after 4:00 p.m. Monday prior to 7:00 a.m.

Construction was recently completed on a $100 million dollar expansion to include nine new general and orthopedic suites, a dedicated vascular interventional suite and two cardiothoracic suites for open heart. A four story tower to provide 90 new medical/surgical private beds and 12 cardiovascular unit beds was also recently opened.
