As a CPA Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and tax-related tasks. You will work with clients to prepare tax returns and financial statements as well as performing tax research and planning. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse group of clients in various industries. You will be joining a respected CPA Firm that is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Provide general tax planning and consulting advice to clients
- Perform research on tax issues and prepare memoranda outlining findings
- Prepare financial statements and analyze financial data
- Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
- Manage and review tax obligations for multiple clients
- Keep up to date with new tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license (Arizona)
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software.
