The Successful Applicant will be paid:
$70,000 PA Plus Superannuation

The applicant must have at least a relevant:
AQF Certificate III or Higher or Equivalent

The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Experience in Indian cuisine.
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food for dining and catering.
Seasoning of food during cooking, preparing and cooking food
Store food in temperature-controlled facility.
Portioning of food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
prepare and cooking food to meet special dietary requirements
explain and enforce hygiene regulations and may freeze and preserve foods
Have the ability to multitask and prepare more than one order at a time.
