Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of supplier delivery improvement plans for assigned factory and service center. This includes leading supplier capacity planning and development, supplier performance monitoring and improvement planning and supporting supplier selection. Lead proactive supplier capacity assessment and contingency planning by identifying risks at suppliers and executing plans to sustain capacity. Proactively monitor supplier delivery performance and develop improvement strategies. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide objective evidence for root causes of late deliveries. Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business, optimizing material availability with inventory and excess and obsolescence the risk. Work with global cross-functional teams consisting or materials, engineering, quality and sourcing to solve critical delivery problems. Serve as point of contact for supplier part shortage resolution at assigned factory and service center. Negotiate and execute stocking agreements with suppliers. Drive improvements in sourcing processes to enable improved performance. Communicate timely, clearly and effectively across key stakeholders including Executives of the company. Required Qualifications: For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. (Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing, Material Management, or Supply Chain experience.)
