Job Summary
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients and identifying new sales opportunities. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients, and you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with existing MNCs customers on their new contract requirements.
Getting requisitions from HRs recruitment SPOCs.
Planning, organizing, executing controlling the sourcing servicing to clients.
Drafting & analysing strategic MIS reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Annually
Gathering market information, creating and maintaining reports on market info skill availability, Companies Mapping Industry Mapping.
Responsible for handling and building client relationships facilitatingcontract staffingbusiness from client from development to payment procurement.
Work closely with the backend team to ensure the consultant's successful onboarding, document verification, BGVs etc.
Responsible for client acquisitions for a respective domain, as well as to achieve the target independently.
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Sales/IT Contract Staffing
Preferable candidate with B.E. in Computer Science with MBA in Sales/Marketing
Excellent English communication, presentation, and articulation skills
Professional and flexible attitude
Person from a technical background who knows (link removed)/Python any of the languages for technical screening will be a big plus.
Should be flexible to travel to meet customers
Good at building relationships with go-getters & deal-maker skills
