Facilitate successful delivery for assigned releases - Ensure internal IT and business needs are clearly identified, designed, and constructed to meet quality standards. Work closely with the Business units and IT partners to create, identify, and evaluate deliverables such as user stories, business process models, user manuals, test plans, and test results, as well as release plans. Create, evaluate, and present complex functional / technical business cases, "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, and "current" and "future" technology integration design recommendations. Explain complex application functionality in a manner that can be understood, articulate ideas and solutions to influence others toward a desired outcome or solution; answer technical questions to support the case. Collaborate with customer Business units and IT partners to provide effort estimate/user story points. Ensure adherence to Change Management and Release Management processes. Understands master data management practice and has experience working with master data management products. Understands data quality and data life cycle process. Progressively analyze the data quality for master data attributes and critical data elements to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the data quality across the enterprise. Identify data trends and gaps in current processes to further improve data quality, with a focus on data quality improvement at points of entry (including DaaS). Present data analysis findings and recommendations both verbally and in writing to TFS management, Data Stewards, and the TFS Data Stewardship Council. Use SQL, Advanced SQL, and Analytical SQL skills to identify data quality issues. Coordinate, conduct and facilitate collaboration sessions with business / technical data stakeholders. Participate/Conduct regular Agile SCRUM meetings.
