HamiltonAI is a Media & Marketing AI Platform helping marketers optimise future media investments and predict the business outcome. The platform applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to media planning across all offline and online media channels.


Come and join our Customer Success team as a Business & Marketing Insights Manager where you will provide media and business insights to our customers, using our models and other marketing data.

The Customer Success team owns the management of onboarding and deployments for assigned customers through their journey to ensure our product adoption, full usage and ongoing success. The Customer Success team works in close collaboration with Product Delivery as well as our colleagues in the AI team. All teams are located in Copenhagen, and we work with some of the biggest brands globally within telecommunications, finance, retail, and automotive across APAC, EMEA and North America.

About the Role


As a member of our growing Customer Success team, this is what you will typically spend most of your time on:

Translate model results into business insights and solutions

Provide deep dive insights and bespoke analysis to our customers helping them grow their business

Collaborate closely with the product delivery team, data team, and modeling team to deliver Bayesian based model solutions for customers across a variety of sectors

Work with other senior Customer Success leads to understand our customers business challenges

Take part in and drive customer data onboarding and model implementation

Support the development of innovative analytics solutions and identify areas of new opportunities for the Customer Success team

Assess customers business data to ensure a high level of overall data and model reliability and quality


About You

Requirements


Domain experience within marketing and media consulting

Experience in using advanced mathematical and analytic tool (MMM, MTA etc.) as foundation for delivering insights to clients

Theoretical and/or hands-on experience of marketing mix modeling

Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Econometrics, Statistics or relevant experience

Experienced in data analysis with primary focus on media and marketing analytics and/or customer insights analytics

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also collaborating as part of a team in complex situations

Strong insights visualization skills


Bonus Competencies


Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including explaining and discussing modeling outputs or other analytics approaches with other team members or customers at all levels
