OUTLINE
Establish and maintain a working relationship with business owners, customers and end users of enterprise systems and act as a liaison between business partners and technical staf
Development of business process models, mockups, user stories, epics and acceptance criteria, use cases, test cases, training materials and provide training to customers.
Performing as a liaison between business and technical staff
Providing critical analysis of complex systems and business processes, functions, inputs and outputs, data analysis, technical environments and visually documenting those processes.
Solid understanding of contemporary requirements specification, verification and management practices and the ability to apply them throughout the software development lifecycle
