Position Duties:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in various departments
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct feasibility studies to determine the technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
Create use cases, user stories, flowcharts, and models to illustrate and explain business processes.
Work with development teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Document project requirements and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery and identify areas of improvement.

Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related and 24 months experience as a business analyst or related
