Business Analyst
Supports business critical Electronic File Transfer (EFT) jobs, corporate project support, troubleshooting Secure File Transfer (SFTP) issues and/or connection problems.
Maintain corporate standards when creating new EFT jobs to ensure the continued stability of the computer system.
Provide support for high level projects to represent the Managed File Transfer (MFT) Team and ensure department policies are followed.
Prioritize work load to facilitate the continued execution of critical batch processes.
Evaluate and streamline file transfer protocols for multiple clients and corporate projects to support expanding business and supporting information security
Experienced with BMC Control-M, Tidal, ServiceNow ticketing system, EFT tools Coviant Diplomat and MoveIT, and monitoring tool SPLUNK
