Job Title: Business Analyst Reltio MDM
Job Location: Raritan , NJ (Onsite-Hybrid)
Job Duration: Long-Term Job Description: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Understand and maintain data quality rules and controls in MDM tool to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Operate as a subject matter expert, providing in-depth functional knowledge about our Master Data solutions Work with business to define workflows to ensure data is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement MDM solutions using Reltio technology.
- Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Responsible for the development of test scripts, system acceptance testing for quality and conformance to requirements and providing crucial input for go/no go decisions. Thorough documentation of test results is required.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Assist in prioritization of any development tasks that may be required.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Reltio's MDM capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support data management initiatives.
- Ideal candidate should have experience working in life science industry and have worked as BA on minimum 2-3 MDM implementations projects.
- Experience in Reltio is big plus.
