Required Skillsets

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis in the mobile/wireless domain
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Proven ability to take complex issues and summarize/simplify the issue and associated business impact
• Must be very detail oriented and ability to manage/prioritize tasks for yourself and others
• Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out issue root cause and/or requirement/solution gaps
• Demonstrated background in process development and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions within project teams
• Background in the mobile customer care, ordering and billing platforms
• Background in MSO/Cable a plus
