Job DescriptionJob Description Project Management o Managing multiple payment gateway partners o Track products at different stages of their life cycle and develop strategic roadmaps. o Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner o Has the capability to manage multiple projects at the same time o Tracking delivery of vendor projects Coordination o Coordinating for making all competitive payment instruments live on the payment platform o Coordinate with the vendor partner team for timely resolution of system issues and tickets to ensure productivity is not hampered Domain o Should have strong understanding of merchant and payment service providers needs to support different segments of consumers and merchants o Experienced with APIs and software development and work together well with both technical and business teams. o Prior work experience dealing with payment gateways, merchant onboarding , product ownership and merchant management. Product Skill o Build products from conception to launch in an effective and timely manner. o Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, User story creation, Prepare Impact Analysis, BRD, Functional specification, Solution design, Interface design, Use case, User stories, Requirements mapping and traceability matrix etc. o Articulate business problems to engineering partners. o Implements monitoring / usage tracking and analyze patterns to improve internal systems. o Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience - o Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members. o Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients. Required Skills : o Education : B. E. IT / Computer Science o 6+ years of relevant work experience preferably in the Fintech Industry including at least 3 + year of relevant product management experience and good to have software development experience. o Experience integrating with third-party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.) o Experience in integrating with scheme / Netbank / Wallet / Card etc. o Understanding of electronic payment processing/ collection methods, including Electronic Clearing Service (ECS), online payment, Electronic Bill Presentment Payment (EBPP), Credit Card Processing, Banking Finance. - Familiarity of processes relating to payments/ collections.
