Job Duties:
Work closely with clients to analyze, architect and translates their business needs into technical specifications; provide industry and domain research or expertise as applicable to project; prototype the business specifications; facilitate requirements definition sessions and conduct systems analysis/requirements services with client stakeholders; analyze requirements into specifications, requirements and user stories; provide strategic direction and management consultation for clients specific business challenges; facilitate requirement walkthrough sessions and scope management; perform component level work estimation and oversee project plan development; utilize software development and technical expertise to mentor and guide onsite and offshore development teams; facilitate showcases and product demos to business leadership/executives; develop and manage client expectations and oversee business analysis deliverables; support production users and work as a single point of contact for any production issues; and approve production release after the business checkout. Employer is an IT consulting firm that assigns employees, often on short notice, to work at various project sites that cannot be anticipated significantly in advance of the assignment.
Three (3) years of business/systems analysis.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
