We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and knowledgeable Budtenders interested in a career in the cannabis industry!
Budtenders help to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and addressing customer inquiries. You should also be able to answer customers questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
Budtenders will need to provide great customer service along with excellent communication by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
You will be responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and co-workers
- Gather and process required documents and information
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
