Our global presence spans Dubai, India, Malaysia, UAE, USA, Serbia, Tanzania and Nigeria Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Budget and Finance control-Telecom position located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing and managing budgets, tracking variances, and managing financial controls for Globe Teleservices" telecom division. The successful candidate will work closely with the divisional head, internal auditors, and regulatory compliance personnel to ensure compliant operations and optimal profitability of the division. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration. economics, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom finance, budgeting, and financial control Experience with telecom accounting principles and procedures, including revenue recognition and risk management Adept at creating and managing complex financial models and budgeting templates Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Experience with regulatory compliance and internal control frameworks Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities Broad responsibilities Preparing Business Case for new projects in alignment with BU Head and Business Solutioning Team. Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects Monitoring the progress of projects Review use cases and other technical documents to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in planning documents. Develop MIS aligned to critical performance metrics identified. Oversee the AOP exercise of the Region/ BU and monitor actual vs. AOP Works closely within the unit and with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities and to improve products and services. Assist Regional Head in developing tactical and strategic products, services and/or programs to support the regions goals. Experience 5-7 years experience in business analysis and project management with multinational corporations or Big 4 accounting firms. Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive and Corporate Intelligence preferred. Prior experience in telecom sector most preferred. Strong Financial modelling skills with ability to analyse and assess the financial viability of long-term projects using financial metrics. Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to develop and analysis business plans. Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, process and techniques including the ability to gather clear business requirements. Proven experience working with MS Office suite and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools. Should have knowledge about CPaas, A2p Monitization,flashcalls
