WWC Global is seeking an analyst for surge support for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cyber Development Directorate (ID). The analysts will support the ID Executive Office and associated portfolios by providing expertise and analysis in planning and programming, financial management and execution, cost, schedule, performance, quality, and risk management.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Provide budget management expertise and support in all aspects of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) processes.
  • Support all phases of the Budget planning and programming to include preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs, Budget Exhibits, and supporting DISA POM/Budget Formulation and Agency-level POM/Budget submissions.
  • Develop/Forecast annual budgets.
  • Track/analyze funds obligations against spend plans.
  • Performs complex analyses, management information support and evaluation of financial and/or administrative requirements as reflected in the applicable Statement of Work requirements.
  • Makes recommendations for budget allocations to ensure conformance to budgetary limits, execution and funding appropriation for operating and Working Capital federal budgets.
  • Provides reports, charts, graphs, diagrams and solutions to assist the Government in analyzing fiscal and management issues.
  • Proficient knowledge in business financial and web-based systems and documentation standards in preparing, editing, updating and analyzing data.

This is a temporary role ending on or about September 2023 with a possibility of extension.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree //OR// 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience in Mission Engineering Cost Analysis, Cost Research Support, Cost Analysis Studies and General Cost Support.
  • Experience in project control and administration, finance and accounting, budgeting, project planning and scheduling and cost estimating.
  • Strong knowledge and detailed experience with cost estimating data sources, tools, methodologies and risk analysis.
  • Experience with Department of Defense policies, regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; advanced ability in MS Excel
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. WWC Global will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in government financial management, ideally within DISA.
  • Department of Defense Financial Management Certificate Level III or equivalent.
