Specific Skills
• Maintain files on general ledger
• Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Maintain and track all costs related to construction projects,
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems,
• Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare reports as necessary,
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
