Bi-lingual Call Center Representative
Multiple opportunities for Bi-lingual Call Center Representatives. This position will provide solutions to customers and answer questions over the phone.
Duties of the Bi-lingual Call Center Representative
- Answer phone calls from current customers
- Advise customers and provide solutions to issues
Requirements of the Bi-lingual Call Center Representative
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Able to mult-task
- Experience working on a computer
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work in a call center environment
This is a contract to hire position. The company offers a competitive benefits package and opportunity for growth and advancement once a full-time employee.
