Description:

- 10-25 hours per week of structured one-on-one interaction/instruction with children with autism spectrum and related disorders in their home and/or in a community setting
- Behavior Line Technicians provide observational data on the learning progress of their clients using technology-based systems (iPad)
- Work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and alongside a professional team in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

- Provide structured 1:1 interaction & instruction to children on the autism spectrum & other related disorders by providing in-home or community setting Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect & provide observational data on the learning process
- Implement Behavior Treatment Plans (daily living, social, & play schemes)
- Work collaboratively with BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) & alongside a professional team to implement individualized treatment plan for clients
- Document client progress & graph data as instructed
- Enter electronic data collection in a timely manner & with accuracy
- Be responsive to the needs & requests of clients, their families, & your supervisor
- Be goal-oriented & maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Arrive on time & be prepared for therapy sessions
- Commit to & follow a weekly schedule with client
- Willingness & ability to adapt in a variety of situations and changing behaviors

Qualifications:

***FREE RBT TRAINING***
- Be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Pass background check & Drug Screening
- Complete the 40-hour training course
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel
- Compassionate, loving, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments
