Job Summary



Assistant teachers are responsible for providing support to children up to approximately five years of age. If you have child care skills and know safety and first aid techniques, you would be a valuable addition to our team of dedicated preschool teachers. We need someone like you, who enjoys working in an environment where quickly adapting to changing conditions and rapidly assessing the needs of young students are important and necessary skills. Job Skills and Qualifications

• The minimum requirement is that the individual be 18 years of age.  This is an entry-level position requiring no previous education or experience unless there is a local or state regulation that requires a high school diploma or G.E.D.   A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.  Some states may require additional requirements for kitchen aide duties (i.e., kitchen permit).
