Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Taxation for a chemical manufacturing company based in Worli - Mumbai.

Specializing in Composite Manufacturing Intermediates such as Carbon Fiber Fabrics, Prepregs, Epoxy Resin Systems and Pultruded Carbon Laminates, we are fully positioned to meet the growing demands of composites across diverse industries/sectors.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Taxation.
Experience: 7 years +
Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

• - Handling all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters of the Organization.
• - Ensure tax compliance in the organization from me to me including Direct and Indirect tax.
• - Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS /TCS returns, and other forms under Income
• - Tax Act as applicable me to me
• - Preparation and Coordination for finalizing Income Tax Audit and other audit reports under theIncome tax Act.
• - Compliance on various international taxation matters of the Group, regarding foreign remiancesand TDS thereon, filing of Form 15CA and other matters.
• - Calculations and payment of Advance Tax, Self-Assessment Tax and other tax payment.
• - Preparation and filing of various GST Returns as applicable and also preparation and coordinationfor GST Audit.

Desired Candidate:

• - Must have working knowledge of SAP or ERP.
• - Working experience in preparing financials statement & Schedules.
• - Dealing with statutory & Internal auditors
• - Knowledge of GST and Income Tax provisions ( TDS etc.)
