Job Description


  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
  • Managing all internal and external stakeholders for any work related to logistics, third party part vendors & project deliveries.
  • Vendor development, vendor management; Negotiations, onboarding and contracts, payments, etc.
  • Liaison with finance and legal for short term and long-term budget planning; also ensure compliance at all the times.
  • Build strong SCM processes and ensure implementation through increased commercial & operational productivity.
  • Own billing, reconciliation, and payments process.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.


Requirements


  • Experience in handling and building relationships with logistics vendors and third party vendors.
  • Very strong analytical, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Stakeholder management (Internal / External)
  • Ability to gather information and collate them into metrics and dashboards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
