As an Assistant Claims Manager you will help Advocate Construction in our mission to help homeowners obtain much needed repairs to their homes after they have experienced damage due to a severe storm at little or no cost.

Requirements
Role Responsibilities
- Ignite Sales Reps and new business/job growth
- A positive, supportive force for encouragement
- Provide support for Sales Manager, including planned, intentional Field Time as well as in-office support at meetings and BoB reviews
- Recognize and Analyze sales tendencies in the Field (pitch, close, turn, objection handling)
- Time Management and Calendar organization
- Effectively plan and execute Team Meetings
- Effectively plan and execute BoB reviews
- When called upon, support Field Team with auxiliary appointments
- Advanced Sugar knowledge, including Dashboard and Scorecard analysis and Reporting
- Ability to manage customer conflict resolution
- Analyzing Spotio and Territory Management
- Prepare and Train sales reps for the MQI
Sales Incentive Goal:
- Have 2 Sales Reps under your responsibility qualify for Sales Incentive (with either Job Count or Squares)
Qualifications
- Must have passed MQI
- Must currently live in or being willing to relocate to the St. Louis Market
- A history of excellence with internal and external customer service
- Proven track record of Claims production
- Solid understanding of timelines to commissions
- Track record of teamwork and fostering a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in Slack and email
