Fava Tea Company is a family owned and operated small, Wisconsin-based business and we are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Appleton, WI location.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Opening the store and brewing samples in the morning. Working the sales floor and helping guests with making purchases perfect for themselves or if they are purchasing gifts for others.

Working with inventory and making sure the sales floor is sufficiently stocked with product for the front of the store. Also, working with sales floor over stock and making sure stock is distributed evenly between all three locations based on forecasting reports.

Working with and supporting the manager with organizing the store and communicating with keyholders and secondary associates to ensure the sales and product operations are running smoothly.

Uphold the philosophy of the organization and serve as a model to keyholders and secondary associates on the proper running of the store.

Able to give feedback for improvement when necessary to make sure the organization is running smoothly.

Responsible for some evening closings including making nightly deposits, cash handling and ensuring the store is clean and displays are organized in a visually appealing manner.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on more responsibility is a must.

Must be reliable, mature and possess a keen sense of attention to detail. Must be at least 18-years of age and have a clean driving record.

Position starts at $9.50 to $10.00/hour and ranges from 24-30 hours per week.
