Job Summary
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team as a part-time, temporary employee. This candidate must have a strong work ethic, be reliable, well organized, and a self-starter. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General document organization
- General inventory
- Categorization and labeling
- Electronic filing and scanning
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals at all levels.
