Position: Administrative Assistant- Medical (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: 23.00/hr for 40hrs/week
Number of Positions: 1
Education: Completion of secondary school

Essential Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Decision making, interpersonal skills, time management.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Should be able to Read, Write and Speak English language

Duties to be performed:
As an Administrative Assistant- Medical your job description would be as follows:

• Oversee administrative duties at the clinic by coordinating with medical staff and patients.
• Scheduling appointments for patients and updating medical histories.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems for confidential medical records
• Complete medical insurance, documents and claim forms.
• Support team by performing tasks related to the clinic, training staff on new procedures and software if required
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments
