Job Description: Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security, focusing on AWS, Snowflake, SQL, and financial commission systems.
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements, design specifications, and implementation details.
- Perform both manual and automated testing, leveraging tools and frameworks to create efficient and effective test suites.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for data-driven testing and integration testing, incorporating AWS services, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for test failures, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
- Continuously enhance test processes and strategies, utilizing industry best practices and emerging technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensuring alignment between quality assurance activities and organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in software testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: - Solid experience in software testing, with a focus on AWS, Snowflake, SQL language, automation in data, and commission in the financial domain.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, and their integration with software testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform and its testing methodologies.
- Expertise in SQL language for data validation, manipulation, and querying.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, utilizing tools like Selenium, python, or similar.
- Familiarity with financial commission systems and an understanding of their data structures and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
