Job Duties: Under the supervision of Human Resources Manager, responsible for preparing and maintaining employment records. Process, update, and maintain human resources related documents, which deal with hiring, terminations, disability leaves, maternity/bonding leaves, and company promotions. Review, analyze and explain relevant human resource laws, polices, procedures to potential and current employees. Inform employees of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Maintain records and accounts of employee relations issues. Perform related duties as directed by Human Resources Manager.
