Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the Hotel industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions for our hotel clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the Hotel industry
• Excellent understanding of HR principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hotel managers and employees
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in HR software and systems
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Create and execute effective onboarding and training programs for new hotel employees
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR function
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Provide HR support and advice to hotel managers and employees
