Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using various platforms. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Send the pertaining information about weekly hours worked for each employee to the payroll outsourced company and review the payroll payments corresponding to each employee. Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Assist with employee relations, conflict management, and resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide support in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans using coaching skills.
Assist operations manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Coordinate and assist employees with information regarding new employee orientations, benefits information, workers’ compensation, accident reports, safety and compliance training, and human resources policies and procedures. Records sick leave, including short- and long-term disability, and medical/family medical leaves, in coordination with immediate supervisor of employees.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business administration or related field or foreign equivalent + 12 months of experience in the job offered and 12 months of experience in HR and recruitment in food and beverage industry or wholesale of food merchandise field.
