Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the HR operations for our clients in the Pharma industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Pharma industry
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
• Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office suite
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Certification in HR will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational activities for clients in the Pharma industry
• Handle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Administer employee benefits and maintain employee records
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures
• Resolve employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conduct training and development programs for employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
