JD For Recruiter
NURSD is looking for an authentic person (Recruiter) to help us deliver exceptional service levels and providing Nurses to Healthcare canter.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process and exit formalities
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Sourcing and contacting passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Do behavioural interviews (training will be provided
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
- Proactively involve in keeping the employees engaged through various activities
- Managing day to day activities and taking care of admin level works
Ultimately, you will be part of internal hiring team and working as an Internal HR Recruiter for NURSD.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or just a flair for making a career in Recruitment
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
- Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
CRITERIA:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment
