Primary Responsibilities
· Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and adhered by.
· Process employee needs as they relate to change of addresses, payroll issues, and contact information.
· Schedule interviews, conduct overviews, hire applicants and process new hire paperwork according to State and Federal laws.
· Assist with employee relations, investigations and other employee concerns.
· Assist all managers with training and development as needed
· Assist in Benefits, 401K and able to assist employees with various type of benefit related concerns
Minimum Qualifications
· Associates Degree
· 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources

· Basic computer skills
· Basic arithmetic
· Familiar with Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
