Collect and verify all necessary documentation, such as work permits, certifications, and background checks. Coordinate work assignments and schedules for contractors, ensuring alignment with project needs. Track and evaluate contractor performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues. Manage contract renewals and terminations, including negotiating terms and conditions.
