B.S. Psychology graduate, HRM or any related four year course
With two to three years experience as HR Manager, preferably with a background in a start-up company
Should be familiar with all aspects of Human Resources
At least a minimum exposure of 6 months to a year in Logistics and Supply Chain is highly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
With good interpersonal skills
