We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Male HR Executive position for Mumbai location.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automobile sector.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound understanding of HRIS systems and payroll processes.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office suite.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Manage and administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and implementing performance improvement plans.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Manage employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
