Job Overview

This is a full-time position as an HR Executive - Employee Relations at BPO Sector. The HR Executive - Employee Relations will be responsible for managing employee relations and providing support to the HR team. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any specialization.
• 1+ year of experience in HR or employee relations in BPO industry
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations by addressing employee issues, concerns, and grievances
• Provide support to the HR team in various HR functions, such as recruitment, training, and payroll management
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with managers and employees to promote a positive work culture and resolve conflicts
