Job Overview


We are hiring a highly experienced HR Manager with an LLB Degree for our manufacturing department. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions within the manufacturing division. This is a full-time position with an executive level role. Qualifications and Skills


  • LLB Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specifically for the manufacturing division
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for manufacturing roles
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations within the manufacturing division
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters
  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and development plans
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for manufacturing employees
  • Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for the manufacturing division
