Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resource Admin to join our team (link removed) As a Human Resource Admin, you will play a vital role in managing the administrative functions of the HR department. This includes handling employee documentation, maintaining HR records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role with payroll fluent
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with others
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and other relevant paperwork
- Ensure all HR records are accurate and up-to-date, and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including sending interview invitations, organizing interview panels, and preparing interview materials
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new employee orientations and coordinating exit interviews
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring all employee information is accurately recorded
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including drafting HR policies and procedures, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings and events
- Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization
