Position: Japanese Convenience Store Manager

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:
⭕Japanese level 1, 2, 3 (NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED)
⭕Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
⭕Experience in management is an advantage
⭕Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
⭕Strong client-facing and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
⭕Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
⭕Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
⭕Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
⭕Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
⭕Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
⭕Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
⭕Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
