This is a rubber manufacturing and distributing company from Japan. One of the highly trusted and largest Japanese manufacturing firms producing rubber materials for big automotive companies around the world.

Position: Japanese After Sales Admin (Back office)
Salary: P 60,000 to P 80,000
Industry: Japanese Manufacturing Firm (Rubber)
Schedule: 5 days a week (7:30 Am to 5:30Am)
Days Off: 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday)
Location: Laguna
Type of work: Back office and account management

Requirements:
🟨Filipino who speak Japanese
🟨Open to JLPT Passers or Non Passers
🟨Open to JLPT N3 level or up
🟨Open to male and female
🟨No age Limit and gender preferences
🟨Open to degree holder or undergraduates
🟨Experience as sales from Japanese company is an advantage
🟨Having experience doing back office of sales and marketing is an advantage

Job responsibilities:
🟧Maintain great and healthy relationship between major clients and the company
🟧Handle orders from existing Japanese clients and forward it to production
🟧Assist Japanese clients who have questions about orders and service agreements
🟧Coordinate with main clients and deliver their request
🟧Prepare order reports and provide updates about the progress of the order
🟧Recommend products based on client’s need
🟧Collect orders and assist big clients with their payments and billings
🟧Discuss the agreement and quotation to clients when needed
🟧Become main POC between clients and company production
