Qualifications and Skills

• Female candidate with any degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
• MBA (Freshers) also can be considered
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Assist in preparing and issuing employment contracts and offer letters.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues

Salary

Rs. 15,000 to Rs.18,000

Mon - Sat - 10 am to 7 pm (No Cab provided)
