Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource professional to join our team, an Educational and Career Consulting services company based in Jaipur, India. As a Human Resource, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our workforce, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee and coordinate employee benefits, including insurance, medical reimbursement, and leave management.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives.
