The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role includes strategic planning and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to determine staffing needs and job specifications.

Employee Relations:
Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Implement and manage conflict resolution processes.
Foster a positive work environment and address employee issues promptly.

Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.

Performance Management:
Oversee the performance review process, including setting objectives and conducting evaluations.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
Handle salary negotiations and manage employee benefit inquiries.

HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
Manage HR-related documentation and ensure confidentiality.

Organizational Development:
Assist in organizational design and restructuring efforts.
Support change management initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.
Promote and support company culture and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
