Requirements:
Open to JLPT N3 Passer or Level
Bachelor’s degree in any course
No relevant experience required
Translation documents experience is big advantage but not required
Open to fresh graduates
Can work ASAP


Responsibilities:
Handle queries and clarifications of any operational/ technical & process related issue.
Understand customer’s concerns & issues and resolve the same.
Work and coordinate with team members
To keep knowledgeable with any updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
