Network operationswith 24/7 support , monitoring , reporting and ticketing

• Expertise in 4G and 5G Core technology
• Understanding of RCS Architecture and its interfaces among nodes
• Basic troubleshooting experience upon any RCS solution Preferably Mavenir (optional Nokia, Ericsson)
• Basic understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SIP, Diameter, RTP, RTCP, H.248 Protocol
• Good understanding of RCS Call flows (Registration, Chat, File transfer, OTT to OTT calls etc.)
• Proactive monitoring of alarms, troubleshoot and incident closure.
• Understanding of Linux environment
• Experience of working on SDN/NFV technologies
