Junior Estimator *Pre-Engineered steel buildings experience is a must*

Junior Estimator will help us craft accurate project cost assessments and irresistible proposals that highlight our prowess in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed cost estimations for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
-Analyze project specifications and blueprints to understand project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
-Develop comprehensive and competitive proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
-Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and project information.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to ensure competitiveness in proposals.
-Assist in project budgeting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
-Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as needed.
-This is a full time position working in our offices.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 1 year of experience with Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in construction estimation and proposal writing, preferably in the design-build industry.
-Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans).
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices is a plus.
