Budget Analyst (New York, NY): Responsible for operational budget analysis for company delivering online reputation growth solutions for professionals, brands and enterprises. Analyze business practices and trends affecting budget needs for company’s services including profile rebuild and optimization, customized content, and growth and engagement services. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability budgets based on revenue forecasts, business goals, client retention and growth rates, and industry dynamics. Analyze forecasted budget vs. actual expenses for management for gross margin improvement strategies. Monitor company’s spending to ensure that funds are allocated to client accounts properly and used according to plan. Review disputed transactions and chargebacks and analyze the impact on specific client accounts. Salary is $71,240 annually.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 6 months of experience as Budget Analyst, Financial Services Officer, Financial Analyst, or related position. Experience reviewing and analyzing operational expenses and invoices. Experience performing cost-benefit analysis. Experience with financial reports and profit and loss statements. Experience in budget analysis, cost allocation and spending.
